Job summary

Auburn Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is hiring an HVAC Install Lead in Cleveland, OH and surrounding area. This full-time, on-site/field-based role offers a competitive hourly wage and a sign-on bonus.

You will install HVAC systems, perform startups and troubleshooting, and build strong relationships with customers. We seek 2-3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience, with Journeyman/Master Mechanical license preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity/temperature control systems.
• Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Builds strong customer relationships by understanding new and existing customer needs.
• Understand service criteria and strive to exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and curbside feedback.
• Participate in training, meetings, and events.
