Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) Service Center Division seeks an experienced Senior Field Service Technician – HVAC to perform on-site installations, startups, preventive maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of cooling systems at customer locations in the Odessa area.

You will lead contractors and MEPPI personnel through project phases, provide technical support to customers and end users, and train technicians and service providers to troubleshoot complex

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• 8+ years of HVAC or cooling system troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site services including installations, startups, preventive maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of cooling systems.
• Lead contractors and MEPPI personnel through all phases of service projects to meet site requirements safely and on schedule.
• Provide technical support via phone and email to customers, including third-party providers and end users.
• Guide and train technicians and authorized service providers to troubleshoot and repair complex IT cooling product issues.
• Test, diagnose, and document issues while maintaining accurate service records and test results.
