PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a qualified Building Surveyor to identify and collect data on district building systems, including components behind walls and ceilings.

You will enter data using tablets, laptops, and smartphones, applying construction knowledge to assess condition and remaining service life. You will collaborate with other trade surveyors and district staff on ad hoc surveys, and may supervise junior participants as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time professional experience working with on-site construction and campus administration
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred; if no degree, 10 years of related experience with 4 years substituting for degree
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on survey data collection

Responsabilités

• Identifies and collects building component data on systems installed at District sites
• Uses various computer formats to enter data (tablets, laptops, smartphones)
• Assesses condition and remaining service life of building components
• Provides guidance on RSL values from FCA Unit leadership
• Works with other surveyors to gather quantities and boilerplate information
• Conducts/ad hoc surveys at District sites and buildings as needed
• May supervise staff and survey participants as a resource
