Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
- Hands-on experience with chillers and larger commercial HVAC equipment.
- Experience with boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and hydronic systems.
- VRF/VRV service and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Previous experience mentoring, training, or leading HVAC technicians.
- EPA 608 certification required.
- Ability to remain hands-on while serving as a technical leader for the service team.
Responsibilities
- Remain hands-on performing commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to service technicians.
- Mentor, train, and develop technicians in the field.
- Assist with complex service calls, callbacks, and difficult equipment issues.
- Troubleshoot chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, VRF systems, VFDs, and controls.
- Communicate with customers and help resolve technical or service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with service management on field needs and technician development.
