Qualifications

• Chiller rebuild experience required.
• Current Licensed Technician or verifiable HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales in estimating.
• Supports Service Coordinator in scheduling and coordinating work.
• Supports technicians in complex technical issues.
• Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs HVAC equipment.
• Maintenance of HVAC equipment including boilers and chillers.
• Maintains clear communication with customers on and off job sites.
• Assists in inventory and tool procurement for technicians.
• Promotes and enforces BMCC safety procedures.
