Qualifications

• Ten years of HVAC service experience is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge office, field and customer needs in service operations.
• Assist in field estimations and provide details on materials, hours and equipment.
• Coach technicians and team leads in daily operations and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Service Leadership and Dispatch to optimize scheduling and inventory.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and management to support service delivery.
