Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Facilities Specialist to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related building systems.

This role focuses on HVAC functions, requires high safety standards, and schedules Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am. You will work with a global leader in medical devices, maintain facilities, mentor technicians, and ensure compliance with OSHA and Arthrex policies.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years of directly related experience.
• Advanced mastery of building systems (fire, chiller, compressed air).
• Ability to anticipate implications and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced journey-level duties in the inspection, installation, repair and servicing of HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Performs general building repairs and maintenance on facilities, grounds and equipment.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Notifies supervisor of performance or safety issues.
• Trains and mentors technicians on equipment and processes.
• Ensures compliance with Arthrex policies and OSHA regulations.
