Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Facilities Tech II to perform maintenance, renovations, and general repairs of our 41-unit apartment building and three rental properties.

You will respond to work orders involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or mechanical services, maintain safe work areas, and support campus housing needs. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of related training and experience.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of building systems or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Does light repair and maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs minor electrical problems (lamps, ballasts, fixtures, switches, outlets).
• Performs minor plumbing repairs and maintains a safe work environment.
• Ensures compliance with Federal and State building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Supports campus housing needs and shuttle service as required.
• Works flexible hours to avoid disruption for office staff.
• Drugs: safety-sensitive; subject to drug screening as per policy.
• Drives between locations to perform duties in a company vehicle.
