Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on HVAC operations, maintenance and troubleshooting in commercial/industrial settings.
EPA Section 608 Certification or equivalent trade credentials.
Multi-craft skills across mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation abilities.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment to ensure peak performance and compliance.
Maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems to keep facilities operational.
Lead preventative maintenance programs across multiple building systems, especially HVAC.
Record readings, adjust systems, and conduct periodic inspections for compliance.
Coordinate facilities services, purchasing, inventory, and vendor oversight.
Collaborate with vendors/contractors to ensure timely, high-quality maintenance work.
Review service requests to identify recurring issues and evaluate vendor performance.
