Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Equipment Commissioning Manager (EqCM) to support the EqNA organization from startup through warranty, coordinating with the SAE, CRC, and BOM. You will act as the single point of contact for all equipment- related service scope within contracts and interface with customers, ensuring readiness of field service labor and alignment with project requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, validating PSA/submittals, and driving startup

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of industry experience or a technical engineering/ construction degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support EqNA sales during project estimates by specifying service scope.
• Provide custom quotes for service items outside PCAT policy.
• Coordinate with branch and SAE to ensure technicians are trained and resources allocated.
• Attend RTO meetings for complex projects or PSA deals and address scope concerns.
• Conduct weekly turnover meetings to coordinate current and future service scopes.
• Facilitate Connected Service capabilities with customers.
