Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Mid to Senior HVAC Engineer with 7–12 years of experience to join the Water - Building Design Services team in White Plains, NY. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least two days per week and offers leadership opportunities on complex HVAC projects.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and deliver design and construction packages for commercial, municipal, and industrial facilities across the Northeast and US.

Qualifications

• 7 years HVAC detailed design experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design and construction packages for water/wastewater facilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers on multiple projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and Project Manager to deliver design tasks on time.
