Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems. You will conduct proactive testing, perform scheduled maintenance, and support preventive maintenance and repairs as part of CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services group.

Responsibilities include leading task assignments, servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience or combination of experience and education
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion
• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain HVAC controls and related instruments
• Inspect building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and code compliance
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
• Communicate technical information clearly and contribute to team knowledge
