Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) or related science or equivalent, and at least seven years of experience.
• Understanding of business principles for the business unit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Work under general supervision and follow work instructions and defined processes.
• Collaborate to determine best techniques and apply them to analysis, design or research of mechanical equipment and components for HVAC.
• Apply statistical analysis and quality tools; use advanced statistical analysis and problem solving.
• Define, plan and promote own activity for a project; drive for results in cross-functional work.
• Provide technical direction to designers and technicians; mentor less experienced engineers.
