Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking a Lead HVAC/R professional to supervise and optimize maintenance of CRAC and ICWS systems across deployed environments. You will coordinate field inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide craftsmen to restore operations efficiently.

Required are a Journeyman HVAC license, 5+ years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems, incl. CRAC & ICWS.
• Journeyman HVAC with a CFC Universal License/Certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CRAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance of HVAC/R systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspect facilities daily and assist craftsmen in assigned duties.
• Respond to after-hour calls and support company policies.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage work orders.
