Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure is seeking an HVAC Technician III to serve as the lead technician for mission critical mechanical services and maintenance under contract. The role includes monitoring compliance with contractual commitments and providing guidance, leadership and knowledge on installation, service, maintenance, and operation of data center mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic air condition theory knowledge.
• Experience with DDC, pneumatic and variable frequency drive controls.
• Satisfactory to pass client background checks or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician for mission critical mechanical services and maintenance.
• Monitor compliance with contractual commitments.
• Supervise and mentor technicians of lower grade levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to on-call duties after assignments.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
