Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions seeks an experienced HVAC/CRAC Technician to maintain and repair commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems, including CRAC, chillers, and ventilation. The role involves supervision, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance scheduling, and routine field inspections.

Required: Journeyman HVAC with CFC Universal License, HS diploma or GED, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Must be able to work in extreme conditions, respond to after-hours calls, and obtain DoD Secret

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems including CRAC.
• Journeyman HVAC with a CFC Universal License/Certification is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CRAC systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations, schedule preventive maintenance and assign work orders.
• Conduct daily supervisory inspections and assist craftsmen.
• Respond to after-hour calls and support IAP policies.
• Maintain safe driving practices and use company vehicle responsibly.

Job description

The HVAC/CRAC Technician will work in a fast-paced work environment and requires detailed working knowledge of facility equipment and operations to include facility systems operations, chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs. Ability to supervise, troubleshoot, and restore operations of facility systems and equipment scheduling preventive maintenance assignment and work orders.
