Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking a Lead HVAC/R professional to supervise and optimize maintenance of CRAC and ICWS systems across deployed environments. You will coordinate field inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide craftsmen to restore operations efficiently.

Required are a Journeyman HVAC license, 5+ years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems, incl. CRAC & ICWS.
• Journeyman HVAC with a CFC Universal License/Certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CRAC systems.

The HVAC/CRAC/ICWS Lead will work in a fast pace work environment and requires a detailed working knowledge of facility equipment and operations to include facility systems operations, chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs. Ability to supervise, troubleshoot, and restore operations of facility systems and equipment scheduling preventive maintenance assignment and work orders.
