Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an HVAC/Controls technician to commission, program, and service on-site at customer locations. You will document verifications, manage paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining equipment and tools.

Travel and overtime may be required, with a focus on safety and installation quality. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and typically 7+ years of HVAC/Controls experience, with preference for technical training and proficiency in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically at least 7 years of HVAC/Controls experience.
• Technical school or formal training preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• DDC controls experience including point-to-point verification and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, programming, and setup on assigned projects.
• Documenting verification and test results.
• Representing the company as the customer contact and servicing equipment.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and paperwork.
• Provide technical support and on-site customer training.
• Travel with occasional overnight stays and overtime as required.
