Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Sr HVAC Controls Program Specialist to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and milestones across multiple projects. You will support program managers in risk management and status reporting while maintaining a portfolio valued at $3M–$7M and forecasting revenue and cost-to-complete.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program support, project management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and Security systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with forecasting revenue and cost-to-complete processes.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects valued at roughly $3M–$7M.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track program schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Support program managers in risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects with a combined value of approximately $3M–$7M.
• Apply technical knowledge of HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and Security systems to support program execution.
• Monitor project financial performance, including monthly revenue forecasting and CTC forecasting.
• Identify financial risks, variances, and opportunities for improved project performance.
