Honeywell is seeking a Sr HVAC Controls Program Specialist to lead and coordinate program activities from initiation to execution at our Independence, OH location. You will manage schedules, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while applying HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and Security expertise to drive on-time delivery and strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include monthly revenue forecasting, project cost-to-complete forecasting, and portfolio management of projects valued

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in program support or project management.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and/or Security systems.
• Portfolio management experience on multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track program schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among teams and stakeholders.
• Support risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of projects totaling $3M–$7M and ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor monthly revenue forecasting and project cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Identify financial risks, variances, and opportunities for better performance.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, financials, resources, and portfolio health.
