Job summary

Envelop Critical Environments (ECE) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead complex HVAC and control-system projects in laboratories, healthcare, and critical spaces. You will oversee technicians, ensure quality installations, and maintain operational excellence across all project phases.

You will mentor field staff, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with sales, engineering, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in HVAC controls installation, commissioning, and field service.
• 1+ year in a leadership or management role.
• Experience with Critical Room Control and VFDs.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and verification of HVAC and control systems in critical environments.
• Lead field teams, schedule work, and ensure project scope and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations for issue resolution.
• Provide owner training and manage warranty follow-up with service.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and closeout materials.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
