Job summary

Envelop Critical Environments (ECE) is hiring a Sales Engineer to sell advanced HVAC control systems for critial environments. The role focuses on developing new customer relationships, assessing client needs for precise temperature, humidity, and airflow control, and delivering tailored solutions.

You will lead the sales process from concept to closure, coordinate with engineering and operations, and support post-sale service and optimization efforts across hospitals, laboratories, and research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 2+ years of experience successfully selling HVAC controls systems or projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, control systems, building automation, and energy management for critical environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with new customers, including building owners, end-users, engineers, and contractors.
• Understand customer's needs for critical environment controls and develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and presentations for customers.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial concept through to closure, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Coordinate site reviews and provide project information to operations for accurate estimates and execution.
