CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to lead master systems integration for building management systems, develop control databases, and create user interfaces per project specifications and sales proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Travel requirement up to 50% of annual time, overnight trips up to a weeklong.

Responsabilités

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
• Perform programming of control applications using various software tools.
• Job-site system checkout, commissioning and testing of control applications.
• Coordinate installation with contractors and report findings to the project team.
• Document resolutions and coach others in standard principles.
