Job summary

ENFRA Solutions in Denver seeks an experienced Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, operational performance, and verification of energy savings across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare.

You will lead commissioning planning, design reviews, functional testing, and collaborate with controls, engineering, and operations to drive energy efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 5+ years in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Professional interaction with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of energy optimization and advanced sequences of operation.
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests.
• Lead and execute functional testing as part of construction turnover and acceptance.
