Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC system optimization, performance validation, and energy savings verification across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare.

The role collaborates with engineering, construction, controls, and operations teams to ensure design intent and target energy performance are met, with emphasis on quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests.
• Attend and/or lead construction and commissioning meetings.
• Execute functional testing as part of the acceptance of construction scope.
• Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified.
• Interact with project team to ensure high quality, functional systems.
