Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Provider to lead EaaS projects with a focus on HVAC systems, building automation, and energy-savings verification across multi-site portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments.

The role involves commissioning planning, design reviews, and functional testing, collaborating with engineering, construction, controls, and operations teams to ensure project intent and optimized performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to interact with owners, contractors, engineers and architects professionally to drive project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning planning and execution for complex projects.
• Perform design reviews and validate sequences of operation.
• Coordinate functional performance testing and testing plans.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional tests.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks.
