ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, operational performance, and verification of energy savings outcomes. You’ll work across complex, multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare, ensuring installations align with project intent and performance targets.

As a technical resource, you’ll plan commissioning, conduct design reviews, and collaborate with engineering, construction, controls, and operations

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute commissioning activities across multi-building, multi-campus projects.
• Conduct design reviews and validate sequences of operation.
• Coordinate functional performance tests and testing events.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and test procedures.
• Lead meetings and mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks.
