Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service projects focused on HVAC optimization and energy savings verification across multi-building campuses in higher education and healthcare.

The role collaborates with engineering, construction, controls, and operations teams to ensure designs and sequences of operation meet project intent and energy targets, delivering consistent performance across large multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field or 4 years of experience lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or other relevant fields
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
• Ability to interact with owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers and architects in a professional manner while effectively driving project outcome
• Knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations

Responsibilities

• Understand energy optimization and advanced sequences of operation
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects
• Participate in design and submittal reviews
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests
• Attend and/or lead construction and commissioning meetings
• Execute functional testing as part of the acceptance of construction scope
• Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified
• Interact directly with the project team to ensure high quality, functional and optimized systems are delivered
• Understanding of DDC controls and building automation software
• Familiarity with commissioning software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
