Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing, programming download, startup, commissioning, and service on assigned projects.
• Serve as direct customer contact, service equipment on site, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project leadership to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
• Diagnose and repair units using system knowledge and blueprints; ensure safety standards.
