Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in HVAC and plumbing design for buildings.
• Prior management or mentoring of staff required.
• Strong familiarity with design relative to medium/large commercial and institutional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate HVAC, plumbing, controls, and specialty piping system construction drawings.
• Perform construction administration, including submittal reviews.
• Prepare preliminary schematics through final designs for projects.
