Job summary

Honeywell in Acton, MA seeks a Sr. Field Service Technician to serve as the technical expert for maintaining and troubleshooting building automation systems and HVAC controls.

You will work on-site reporting to a Sr Service Manager, ensuring safety, reliability, and energy efficiency of mission-critical facilities. Qualifications

• 3+ years diagnosing and servicing BAS and HVAC controls.
• 3+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, troubleshooting controls, DDC systems, and field service operations.
• Experience with Windows OS, Outlook, Excel and networked control systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Technical Service Delivery: Diagnose, repair, and optimize BAS and HVAC controls; perform preventive maintenance.
• Building Automation & Network Systems: Configure and troubleshoot BAS networks; support system integration; resolve network issues; collaborate with IT on security.
• Customer Success & Relationship Management: Build trusted customer relationships; communicate findings; provide training; identify improvements.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Conduct hazard assessments; follow safety policies; ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain documentation; manage tools and assets; participate in emergency response; pursue technical development.
