Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 6 years of transmission line engineering experience.
• Experience designing high-voltage transmission lines ranging from 69kV to 500kV.
• Advanced proficiency with PLS-CADD.
• Ability to independently perform transmission line design and engineering analysis.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and design of high-voltage transmission lines ranging from 69kV to 500kV.
• Serve as a technical leader on transmission line projects and provide engineering oversight.
• Apply sound engineering judgment to independently evaluate methods and solutions.
• Support successful project execution from planning through construction.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and lead engineering activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate studies, technical reports, and deliverables with multidisciplinary teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and share knowledge on PLS-CADD best practices.
• Provide field support during construction and resolve design issues.
