Pickett and Associates, LLC, an ESP Company, invites a Senior Engineer to lead senior-level engineering on HV/EHV transmission projects. You will guide line routing, structure design, PLS-CADD modeling, and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 8+ years of electric transmission line engineering experience.
• Experience using PLS-CADD for transmission line design is required.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes (NESC, IEEE, ASCE, ACI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve PLS-CADD criteria and design standards.
• Schedule tasks and coordinate project support teams.
• Attend client stakeholder meetings and design reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in internal reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
