Ford Motor Company is seeking a Staff HV System Validation Engineer to develop HV system requirements, validate performance, and lead cross-functional validation activities for the Universal EV platform. You will work with SW, mechanical, vehicle integration, and EPA teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 10+ years of HV system experience, plus familiarity with HV powertrains, ISO/IEC/NEMA standards, and CAN tools.

Competenze

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with HV system requirements and validation
• Experience with HV powertrain components and safety standards

Mansioni

• Develop, document, and execute HV system requirements from feature to component level
• Develop and execute HV system test plans to validate performance and safety
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot HV system issues
• Collaborate with SW, mechanical packaging, vehicle integration, and EPA range teams
• Lead validation activities and ensure HV system delivers required functionality
