Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in the electrical testing industry, including HV equipment and substation testing.
• Expertise with transmission, generation, or distribution relays and protective schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for complex construction projects with expert technical guidance and oversight of day-to-day site activities.
• Perform testing and commissioning of protection and control systems on high voltage substations.
• Independently execute advanced testing sequences, ensuring alignment with plans and standards.
• Lead field crews, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure consistency across work streams.
• Mentor technicians in procedures, safety practices, and documentation.
