E-Frontiers is seeking a Senior Technical Proposal Engineer to lead the technical development of complex tender submissions for high-voltage electrical infrastructure in the U.S. You will work with engineering, estimating, and commercial teams to craft technically robust and commercially competitive proposals.

The role requires 7+ years in electrical engineering, strong proposal leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in electrical engineering or power infrastructure.
• Proven experience developing technical proposals and bids.
• Ability to own technical aspects of major bids and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and delivery of complex tender submissions.
• Own technical bid strategy aligning with client requirements and standards.
• Identify risks, opportunities, exclusions, and assumptions in tenders.
• Coordinate SLDs, layouts, equipment schedules, and technical specs.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across bids.
