Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Senior Project Manager — High Voltage Execution in Texas, hybrid work arrangement. You will lead owner-side management of substations, switchyards, transmission lines, and interconnection facilities for wind, solar, and battery storage projects.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, schedule adherence, and cost control. You will coordinate with utilities, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time COD readiness, strong governance, and effective risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work for any US employer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible PM experience for major capital projects.
• 7+ years of direct HV scope delivery experience.
• Experience managing EPC contracts for utility-scale renewable projects.
• Strong commercial acumen connecting technical and cost issues.
• Experience with HV infrastructure, substations, and interconnection requirements.
• Proficiency with PM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across development-to-construction execution.
• Lead cross-functional project teams for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Manage project schedules, baselines, critical path, and forecast risks to COD.
• Coordinate with Finance and project controls for budget reforecasts and cost trends.
• Prepare executive-level reports on status, risks, and commercial exposure.
• Manage EPC contractor performance and change control per contracts.
• Lead review of change orders and claims with relevant teams.
• Oversee HV scope execution including substations, lines, and interconnections.
• Drive HV design, procurement, construction readiness, and energization planning.
• Discipline turnover of completed projects to Asset Management.
