Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Senior Validation Technician to validate high‑voltage power electronics for automotive programs. This hands‑on role focuses on environmental validation, electrical testing, instrumentation setup and troubleshooting across the product lifecycle.

You will work with engineering teams to run tests, document results and support issue resolution, with travel up to 20% to external facilities.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in electronics, mechanics or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of environmental validation testing experience.
• Experience with high‑voltage electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, power supplies and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute and document development and validation tests on HV power electronics.
• Conduct environmental testing (thermal, vibration, humidity).
• Record, analyze and report test results; support root-cause investigations.
• Configure instrumentation and equipment; fabricate test fixtures.
• Communicate results to engineering teams and support external testing if needed.
