Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own HV connector designs, routing and optimization of HV harnesses for next-gen vehicles.
• Manage design engineering from concept to production.
• Develop system-level solutions balancing electrical, mechanical, manufacturability, cost and user experience.
• Lead supplier reviews, DFMEA, tooling reviews, validation alignment and production launches.
• Prototype, test, and validate designs; drive changes based on results and feedback.
• Collaborate with electrical, quality, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
