You will lead the development of HV distribution systems, including connectors, harnesses, charge ports, and related components, guiding architecture, design, integration, validation, and launch across Lucid vehicle platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience; open to all levels if highly capable.
• Experience designing and packaging vehicle wiring harnesses with routing, retention, EMC, and manufacturing constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own HV connector designs and HV harness routing from concept to production.
• Lead supplier reviews, DFMEA, tooling reviews, validation alignment, and launch.
• Design, build, and test prototypes and support environmental/temperature/durability tests.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and manufacturing for integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive design decisions through analysis and testing.
