Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in the power industry, including P&C systems.
• Strong knowledge of substation equipment and electrical system troubleshooting.
• Experience leading crews and mentoring field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and commissioning of LV–HV equipment (480V–600kV).
• Perform diagnostics using various testing equipment.
• Interface with customers and ensure satisfaction.
