RMS Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician III to test, maintain, and commission power systems across the U.S. This role involves hands-on work with high voltage equipment and requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Technicians will engage in troubleshooting and customer communication while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field experience testing, maintaining, and commissioning power systems up to 500kV.
• Familiarity with PowerDB or similar test documentation software.
• NETA Level II certification preferred or active pursuit of certification.

Responsibilities

• Test, maintain, and collect data on low, medium, and high voltage systems.
• Run standard field tests including insulation resistance and Power Factor.
• Troubleshoot control circuits and relay logic.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Power Systems, or Mechanical Engineering
