RMS Energy Co, LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to oversee field service operations across the U.S. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high standards.

Responsibilities include managing crews performing high-voltage system testing and maintenance, ensuring quality execution, and fostering a strong safety culture. A strong background in high-voltage equipment and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field service experience in power plants or industrial power systems.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams or large-scale projects.
• Ability to read scopes, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple crews.
• Ensure quality execution of testing services and diagnostics.
• Promote a strong safety culture on job sites.
