Qualifications

• 10+ years of field service experience in power plants, utilities, or industrial power systems.
• Prior leadership experience managing crews or supervising large-scale projects.
• Thorough knowledge of NETA standards, testing procedures, and electrical safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple crews performing testing and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on project scope, scheduling, and planning.
• Ensure quality execution of services and conduct field visits for safety and performance.
