Job summary

RMS Energy is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to manage high-voltage electrical system projects across the U.S. You will lead field service operations and ensure projects meet high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of high-voltage equipment. This role requires up to 80% travel and commitment to safety training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field service experience in power plants, utilities, or industrial power systems.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical safety regulations and testing procedures.
• NETA Level II, III, or IV certification and/or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple crews.
• Provide leadership, operational oversight, and client-facing accountability.
• Conduct field visits to verify safety, crew performance, and project quality.
