Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an Analog Senior Staff Engineer – High-Voltage Analog/Precision to join its CMSD R&D team. You will design and verify complex analog blocks for custom mixed-signal ASICs, perform feasibility studies, and compare solutions to promote differentiating designs.

Collaboration with project leads and DFT teams is essential. You will drive silicon debugging, provide design characterization, and guide layout and test development to enable ramp to production.

Qualifications

• Master's in EE with at least 10 years in analog/mixed-signal design.
• Experience with high-voltage analog/power management circuits is required.
• Familiarity with motor drivers and data acquisition systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AMS simulations and circuit modelling.
• Proficiency with Cadence design environment and EDA tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and verify analog block-level circuits to meet specs for custom mixed-signal ASICs.
• Perform feasibility studies and analyze new analog design concepts.
• Collaborate with project leads to align system and design strategy.
• Guide layout team to ensure layout quality of designs.
• Produce high-quality documentation for designed circuits.
• Work with DFT and test teams to support ramp to production.
• Drive silicon characterization and debugging.
