Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in the CMSD division seeks a Senior Manager of Analog Engineering to lead a team of analog designers and serve as the technical project lead for configurable mixed-signal ASICs.

You will own concepts through architecture, verification, and collaboration with test, qualification, and product engineering to bring IPs to market, while mentoring staff and driving best practices.

Qualifications

• MSEE or equivalent; 15+ years in analog/mixed-signal design.
• Fully competent in analog design fundamentals.
• Experience in precision analog circuitry.
• Power management and high-voltage (BCD processes).
• Ability to develop system architectures and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analog designers and act as the technical project lead for configurable mixed-signal ASICs.
• Define specifications with product/marketing to give the product a competitive edge in the IC market.
• Develop the product system architecture to optimize performance, power, and die size.
• Specify IP requirements and define development plans for design, verification, and layout.
• Develop a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan and ensure best practices.
