Prescient Edge seeks a Senior HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support a Federal Government client at USCENTCOM HQ, MacDill AFB, Florida. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in CI/HUMINT targeting and lead development.

• Collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) using attribution research tools to support CI/HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations.

• Provide direct support to Collectors by researching, analyzing, and writing CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages in support of CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations Support.
• Shall collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) utilizing managed attribution research tools in support of CI/HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations Support. Desired experience:
• Desired minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired education:
• Desired master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
