Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior HUMINT Collection Manager to lead complex collection-management activities for the DIA Directorate for Operations. The role will guide HUMINT reporting, collection strategy, resource alignment, performance assessment, and coordination across field elements, customers, collection platforms, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead review, quality control, publication, and release of Intelligence Information Reports and ensure compliance with policy and thresholds.
Oversee post-publication reviews, reconciliation, reporting metrics, and performance assessments of platforms and personnel.
Analyze collection posture, gaps, trends, and advise resource placement and alignment.
Lead development and coordination of Operating Directives, collection posture statements, and integrated strategies.
Serve as a senior collection-management conduit to field elements, customers, and leadership; resolve complex requirements and priorities.
