Job summary

BerryDunn seeks a Lead Project Manager in our State Government Practice Group to lead a complex enterprise software implementation for housing finance programs. You will coordinate the client, software vendor, and project team across requirements, data migration, testing, training, and adoption.

This contingent role requires travel up to 50% to client sites and involves governance, reporting, and executive communication.

Qualifications

Five+ years leading complex enterprise software implementations or system integrations.
Experience working with Housing Finance Agencies or similar public-sector programs.
Experience in client-side, owner-side, PMO, or independent oversight roles.
Strong governance, planning, schedule, risk, and executive reporting skills.
Experience coordinating requirements, data migration, testing, training, and cutover.

Responsibilities

Serve as the client’s day-to-day project representative and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
Develop and manage an integrated project plan, schedule, milestones, and governance.
Lead risk, issues, decisions, changes, and escalation management.
Deliver concise executive status reports on health, risks, and corrective actions.
Oversee readiness, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
